hzcon Office Integration seamlessly integrates Excel into your SAP system. The Excel file is opened for editing directly from the SAP application and pre-filled with data from the backend system.
Any Excel file can be used as a template. The template can already contain data, e.g. guidance texts, headers, or similar. Formatting can also be stored here.
With just one click, the Excel file is opened directly from your SAP process and filled with context-based data. You decide what data is used!
The user can now edit the table and will not notice any difference from a file opened locally from their hard drive. When they are finished, they save the file and close Excel – nothing else needs to be done. The file is saved directly to the SAP system, where it can be further edited. For example, the data entered by the user can be read out, or the file can be sent, printed, or archived.
